Renee Cox is the new assistant principal for 11th and 12th grade students at Harding Charter Prep.

Cox was a high school teacher for 12 years and 1 year as a middle school teacher before she became assistant principal.

She showed her appreciation by saying, “I am very thankful that I was able to come to Harding and be assistant principal here”. She went on to say, “There isn’t anything else I would want to do.”

Cox is an administrator and an instructional leader.  Her role is to set students up for success no matter what path they chose to take.

Her passion is education and believes that every single student should be given the same opportunity. Cox then said what is being put to action by saying, “Helping teachers improve their teaching style and helping students achieve.” She expects the best and has high standards.
