Spirit Week kicks off next week, running from November 18 to 23. STUCO announced the dress up days as followed:

Monday is Pajama Day; wear cozy and warm clothes, but try not to take a nap during class. After school is the drive-in movie, where “Home Alone” will be playing. The movie starts at 6 p.m. with tickets costing $3. Popcorn is included in the ticket price, and the student store will be open and selling hot chocolate too. It’s expected to be cold, so they advised bringing blankets, warm clothing and cars with working heating.

Tuesday is Twin Day; match with your BFF and pull off identical fashion, or get a group and sport matching outfits. The color war takes place after school for $2, with teams competing against one another in a fight to the death (of your clothing).

Wednesday is Decades Day; dress up as your favorite 1920s actor, a greaser from the 80s, a hippie from the 60s, or any style you can think of from the 1900s until now. Flag decorating will take place after school, where each grade will decorate their flag so it can be displayed and judged later on Friday.

Thursday is Tiktok/Meme Day; come as your local e-boy and or VSCO girl, or bring your gear to help raid Area 51. After school is capture the flag,

Friday is Green Out; wear your greenest greens, whites or blacks if you’re a senior to show your school spirit. The annual Spirit Week assembly will take place at the end of the day.

The school is hosting a Pack the House Community Night on Tuesday, which will include some special recognitions and the unveiling of the newly-renovated gym.

Spirit Week wristbands are $5 this year, but any student who loses their wristband will have to pay to replace it.
