Looking for any new sports equipment? Well, Dicks House of Sports has everything you could ever need, ranging from basketball to rock climbing, and even golfing.  The newly opened Dick’s is located on 13145 N. Pennsylvania Ave in Oklahoma City.                  

A number of professional sports athletes such as Jalen Williams, Barry Sanders and even Jayda Coleman had a special meet and greet which brought in more people to the store. 

A few of HCP’s students work at the store and have had chances to experience the difference between the House of Sports and the regular Sporting Goods. 

“I really enjoy working here, being able to be around some fun and chill coworkers. I love sports so being around that makes my job more enjoyable as well,” said senior Danny Abelu. 

Abelu works at the store as a cashier and helps out with the footwear section. 

“The environment and the coworkers are very welcoming and give a good sense of positivity whenever you come into the store,” said junior Brielle Forshee. 

Forshee works as a cashier and helps in the team sports section. 

Dick’s House of Sports has continued to expand its clientele and looks as if they will keep on growing.
